After passing the interview, the Fora team will need to verify your documents and conduct checks. Once positive results come back, you will receive a welcome email from us. We aim to complete the verification process within 24 to 48 hours. This is largely affected by the completeness of the documents you submit and how quickly your referees get back to us.
All the allied health assistants working for Fora are directly employed by Fora Pty Ltd. This allows us to ensure our allied health assistants are covered by the appropriate insurances, and are entitled to fair wages and benefits. We do not hire independent contractors.
Fora provides comprehensive insurance cover for our allied health assistants. Every allied health assistant is covered by Public Liability, Professional Indemnity and Worker's Compensation insurance.
As of September 6th 2021, pay rates for allied health assistants will be: Weekdays: $36.00 per hour Saturday: $49.00 per hour Sunday: $62.00 per hour Public Holiday: $76.00 per hour PLUS 10 mins of note-taking time + superannuation for every session Sessions with an AHP, preparation time, report-writing: $36.00 per hour

If you’re client currently already has a 2 hour minimum (due to their funding type), there will be no changes to your sessions; some client’s sessions must still be 2 hours or longer. If you’re not sure what type of funding your client has, email us.
