Our meet and greets are complimentary 1-hour (maximum) sessions to allow both parties to find out whether they are a good fit for each other. You will have a complimentary meet and greet with each allied health assistant that you are interested in if they have submitted their application.
If you would like to reschedule a session within the cancellation period, you will be charged. To avoid charges, please aim to reschedule your session as soon as possible.
If a session is cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled session, you will be charged the full amount for the session (up to a maximum of 2 hours).
We understand that things can occur last minute which can result in a cancelled session. If you feel that you shouldn’t be charged for a cancellation session due to your situation, please email info@foratherapy.com or give us a call on 1800 921 422.
Our cancellation policy changed as of 22nd November 2021. A reminder email was sent out to our users about this change.
Please email accounts@foratherapy.com and provide the invoice number, payment date and total amount. Our accounts team will take care of this for you.
If a session is cancelled before 48 hours of the scheduled session, you will not be charged for the session.
If your allied health assistant (AHA) sees two of your children back-to-back and consecutively works for 1.5 hours or longer, these changes won't affect you.
