  • As a Customer Success and Outreach Officer, you’ll be on the front line, responding to enquiries, proactively building relationships, and driving business development in the NDIS and healthcare sectors. You’ll ensure everyone who interacts with Fora has a delightful experience, meets their goals and then sends us heartwarming Google reviews.
  • We’re a small team who are all about ‘filling your cup’ outside of work; we live for banter and dropping hilarious gifs in group chat.
  • Hybrid (Remote & Office in Clayton, Victoria)
  • Employment Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri) or minimum 4 days per week (Mon-Thur) between 9 am – 5 pm
A little about us:
  • Fora Therapy is a startup on a mission to revolutionise the disability and allied health workforce. Our main service is matching Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) with people with disability so that they can access affordable allied health therapy at home.
  • When someone signs up with us, we do our best to understand their needs and match them with people they’ll love working with.
  • We have a growing community of over 1,000 clients, allied health professionals, therapy assistants, support coordinators, and disability workers.
🚀 The Role:

  • This is more than just a customer service position; it’s an opportunity to dive into community outreach and business development within the NDIS and healthcare sector.
🎉 Here’s what you’ll be up to:
  • Customer Service Excellence: Be the frontline hero managing live chats, emails, phone support, and online enquiries. Your mission is to create a seamless and delightful exchange with us.
  • Account Management: Guide users through their onboarding journey, offer continuous support, and ensure they’re maximising their experience. Regular check-ins will be key to maintaining these relationships.
  • Recruiting Employees: Regularly conduct video interviews and onboard new Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) to ensure we continue hiring top-quality workers for our clients.
  • Community Growth: Engage with our NDIS community, including clients, allied health professionals, and support coordinators. You’ll aim to build strong relationships, understand their needs, and translate those learnings into ways Fora can support them.
  • Business Development: Identify and act on opportunities to expand our reach within the NDIS and healthcare sectors. Work closely with the team to develop strategies that enhance our service offerings and grow our community.
🌟 This job is for you if you:
  • Enjoy Helping Out on a Whim: In a small business, things move quickly, and you’re excited to jump in and assist wherever needed.
  • Customer Service Pro: You’ve got extensive experience in customer service, ideally in NDIS, healthcare, or startups.
  • Community Engagement: You enjoy and have experience building business relationships. Experience in sales or cold outreach, especially within the healthcare sector, is a big plus.
  • Business Development Savvy: You’re excited about identifying new opportunities and contributing to the growth of the business.
  • Organised & Detail-Oriented: Your organisational skills are top-notch, and you’re meticulous in your communication, both written and verbal.
  • Self-Starter with an Entrepreneurial Spirit: You’re proactive, work well autonomously, and like to keep an eye on the bigger picture.
  • Melbourne-based: You’re comfortable working from our Clayton co-working space.
🌟 Bonus points if you:
  • Have an understanding of the disability sector, NDIS and our key stakeholders; including allied health professionals, disability support coordinators, local area coordinators and our end-users people with disability and allied health university students.
